Today I start a new job.  It took me months and months to find one that is permanent.  I have had to work as a temp for quite a while, because I couldn’t find a job with the hours I needed.  I am trying to finish a degree, and didn’t want to take on a full time job right now.  Actually, I have enjoyed working as a temp.  I have worked all over the city.  I have met some very interesting people, some who tried to hire me as a full time employee.  I finally decided to take this job at a firm that specializes in bankruptcy cases.  The hours in this law office are very flexible.  Someone is there from 7 o’clock in the morning until 8 o’clock at night.  This law firm is open on Saturday, which is a great deal for me.  I can make good hours working here, and I enjoy the people.  There are all kinds of people who call and come in for help filing bankruptcy.  A lot of time are on the verge of loosing their homes, and can see no other way to keep a roof over the heads of their families.
