Once we go the house taken care of we decided to take care of the business, and we put out requests for proposals forbusiness security systems.  There are a couple of large companies that have a good percentage of the market, but there are a number of smaller ones too.  We wanted to get bids from the large ones and the small ones.  We called the larger companies and were assigned an account executive.   Both of the large companies were scheduled to come out next week.  We drew up a list of requirements, and we advised our chief security officer too.  She was excited at the propect of finally getting a real system in place, both for the physical plant and for our IT holdings as well.  The day came for the first one, and we set up a meeting first in the conference room, where we gave the account executive a short power point about the history of the company, the plant and where we were trying to go. He seemed to understand, and then we took a long walk around the plant and offices and grounds.  The account executive takes some notes, then we go back to the conference room.
